Resin, phenolic resin, polystyrene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and amino resin and many other thermosetting and thermoplastic plastics, can improve the quality of plastic products, improve the appearance of the product characteristics (addition of general 0.5-2%).

Answer; yes, we are the real manufacture. Our manufacture is located in Shandong Province, Zhangqiu Industrial Park. If you have time, you can come to China and visit our manufacture.

3, How to make the payment?
Answer: TT in advance are higly recommended, we can accept Western Union, Money gram and Paypal as well. First cooperation can be TT 50% in advance and TT 50% against the copy documents.
4, When will delivery the goods?
Answer: For sample( less than 1kg) in about 3 working days after payment, for larger order, in about 7-10 working days after payment.

Answer: for samples, we will send by TNT/DHL/FEDEX/UPS/ express, usually it takes about 3-5 to reach you. for larger order, it according the terms of transportation.
7, what if we find your products unsatisfied?
Answer: we will send you a COA( certificate of Analysis) to you first for you to confirm the quality. But,if you find our product not confirm with the COA after you receive it,please show us your test result. We will refund you once we confirm that.
