Product Description

GT26 barrier resin can be utilized in both flexible and rigid packaging structures and is characterized by very good gas O₂, CO₂ and moisture barrier. Furthermore, PA-GT26 is unique in that its gas barrier improves with increasing relative humidity.
In general it has good resistance to aliphatic, aromatic hydrocarbons, dilute alkalis, higher molecular weight alcohols, and low concentrations of lower molecular weight alcohols. It is not recommended for acids or concentrated lower molecular weight alcohols. End use testing is recommended for each application. With its high degree of stiffness, very good gas and moisture barrier, solvent resistance and excellent gloss and clarity, PA-GT26 used in monolayer provides a "glass like"container for rigid packaging.

GT26 transparent nylon resin is up to the standard of RoHs, REACH and possesses the non-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHS) test report. It also meets requirements of SVHC and can be applied in the area of food contact, water contact product.

Safety & Handling
GT26 has no irritation for skin. We should adopt enough ventilation to remove the smoke that may hurt peoples' eyes, nose, throat, and upper respiratory tract in the work area. Mind your hands and other exposed parts of the body under high-temperature processing. If molten resin exposed to the skin, apply cold water or ice to lower the contact parts. Don't try to stripped solidified resin from the skin and the burned area should be treated. Cleaning timely the scattered resin particles to prevent the pedestrian from falling because of its slippage.
It has no special requirements for the processing of waste, we can process by sanitary landfill or put into the incinerator. Disposal of waste should comply with regional, provincial and national regulations.
